Dolphin Fund 2011 Jackson Davis is gearing up for our 3rd annual DIRECT DONATION CAMPAIGN – The Dolphin Fund! The Dolphin Fund is a direct donation campaign sponsored by the Jackson Davis Elementary School (JDES) PTA in lieu of traditional fundraisers. Direct donation is just that – a donation made directly to Jackson Davis PTA and 100% of the proceeds benefit the school and students! The donations are tax deductible and some companies offer matching gifts (matching gift depends on the company and typically requires a minimum contribution).
Our goal this year is to raise $8000. Just think, if a donation of $25 or more was made for EVERY student at Jackson Davis, we could achieve our goal AND no selling!! IF we reach our goal this year, all of the students will receive a special treat AND the PTA will not have to coordinate a traditional fundraiser later in the year. In addition, if we reach our goal, every family will be entered into a drawing to win a movie basket to include 4 movie tickets and other movie goodies!
ü Participation in the Dolphin Fund is voluntary! ü If you would like to participate, the minimum donation is $1.00. ü The Dolphin Fund campaign will be from September - November. ü If your family donates $25 or more within the campaign period, you will receive a Dolphin branded Shopper Tote (1 tote per family). ü FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE, WE OFFER 2 WAYS TO DONATE: o Paypal is available to make donations to the JDES PTA.
